Customer Service

Modern Classics Furniture is committed to providing you with the highest level of customer service possible. We are available for inquiries about products or orders already placed Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm (Pacific Time) at 360-733-6400 or via email at curt@modernclassisc.com or using our contact form for service after hours or on the weekend.

Packaging and Freight Damage

We receive very few damage claims each year because we securely package every product we make in cushion wrap and/or biodegradable foam. However, despite these packaging efforts, items sometimes are damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please save all packing materials and contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase from us, so if for any reason any of our products fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned within 30 days of shipping for either replacement, refund or credit of the purchase price. Please call us for a return authorization prior to returning any items. All returns must be shipped back in their original or similar container, packaged in a similar manner that it was received - items not returned in a decent manner may not get a refund. Shipping charges on items returned for refund will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the product is deemed defective (as detemined by us in our sole discretion) or otherwised authorized by us. Refunds on items altered by the customer will bot be made. Note: Except for items returned due to a product defect, shipping damage or due to a mistake we made on your order, return shipping charges are not refundable on returns and will be deducted from the refund amount . Typically, the cost of shipping an item back is about 10% of the list price.

Privacy Notice

At Modern Classics Furniture, your privacy is a priority.

Modern Classics Furniture collects various types of information from all of its customers including visitors to ModernClassics.com (the "Site"). Modern Classics Furniture's web server collects general data pertaining to each Site visitor, including the IP address, the domain name, the web page, the length of time spent and the pages accessed while visiting this Site. This information is collected to, among other things, aggregate information from online and offline sources, facilitate system administration, improve the content of this Site, customize and improve the user experience for Site visitors and customers, and improve customer service generally. Modern Classics Furniture also collects personally identifiable and transactional information provided by companies and Site visitors that purchase products from the Site. This information includes shipping information, credit cardholder name and card number/expiration date.

Modern Classics Furniture uses the information that is collected from Site visitors and customers to better serve customers and improve the content of this Site. Modern Classics Furniture may also use the information collected to notify Site visitors of changes to this Site, to notify Site visitors of new products, and for any other legitimate and lawful business purpose of Avalanche Ranch Lighting. Modern Classics Furniture may disclose information about any Site visitor in response to subpoenas, investigative requests (with or without subpoena) and other legal process, to exercise Modern Classics Furniture's legal rights and defend against legal claims.

Unsubscribing from Email Marketing

We occasionally send e-mail letters to our registered accounts and to those who sign up for our e-mail newsletters containing promotional offers from Modern Classics Furniture. Each Site visitor can unsubscribe from receiving these e-mails simply by sending a request indicating such desire by clicking the link at the bottom of the e-mail newsletter.

Site Security

At Modern Classics Furniture, site security is a priority. Modern Classics Furniture continually reviews and updates the security methods implemented to protect information transmitted via this site, including measures to secure and protect all personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, and alteration. Modern Classics Furniture, however, cannot guarantee that any electronic commerce is totally secure.

Limited 3Year Waranty

Modern Classics Furniture warrants that its products are free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years from date of purchase. If within three years from date of purchase any of its products are found defective in workmanship or materials, Modern Classics Furniture will repair or replace, at its sole option, the defective product upon presentation of proof of purchase and the defective product. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Modern Classics Furniture's liability under any warranty, whether express or implied, is LIMITED SOLELY TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FOR THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
