Here is an exciting new piece.� Our Womb Sofa was inspired by Eero Saarinen's Womb Chair and displays some of the same organic forms and consideration for human comfort for which Saarinen is famous.

Dimensions: 71"w x 37.5"d x 35"h / 18" seat height

Features and Materials:
- Fiberglass reinforced plastic shell
- Three stage nickle strike chromed steel frame with adjustable leg glides
- Multi-density foam seat and cushion
- Selection of Wool / Wool Blend fabrics is standard

As sculptor and architect Eero Saarinen�s work appears to seamlessly adapt to directions of the International Style and Expressionism. Saarinen�s collaboration with Charles Eames resulted in a series of prize-winning furniture designs including the Museum of Modern Art�s 1940 �Organic Design in Home Furnishings� competition. This newly created Womb Sofa will continue on the traditions set forth by Eero himself!
