Yes. Every Exhibition Daybed is built to order and offers numerous customization options. Choose from a wide selection of premium Italian leathers, four hardwood frame finishes, two leg heights (15-inch or 18-inch seat height), and optional powder-coated stainless steel legs. We can also upholster your daybed in customer-supplied material for many custom projects.
The legs are packaged separately in the box and will need to be screwed on. There are no special tools or skill required.

The 3 seater refers to the style of the bench. We think that only two people can sit on it, so the weight capacity is about 270 pounds per person or about 540 pounds. The wood frame is thick but it might break with too much weight. But, we have sold these benches for years to commercial and residential locations, including museums and I have never had one person come back and say hey this thing broke because we put too many people on it

The cushions feature 78 individually hand-sewn top-grain Italian leather panels with hand-rolled welting, high-resiliency multi-density foam, matching leather support straps, and a matching cylindrical bolster pillow. The legs are crafted from mirror-polished #304 stainless steel for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.
It would be personal preference and how close you want to be to what would be called "original". 18 Inches is a standard seat height (the 12" legs), but for the original look, you would probably want the 9 inch legs with the 15 inch seat height.
